I'm switching to hybrid sales territories, and I need my reps to have the same number of customers and the same number of prospects as the other reps. So I've got balancing goals in here for total accounts and accounts by type. Type meaning prospect or customer. All I have to do is click this button, design territories, and boogie board is going to give me a result that has perfect balance across total accounts, customers and prospects. Here we go.
