How do you split ARR when adding a new rep?

When a new rep joins, existing ARR and future opportunity need to be redistributed without creating avoidable disruption.

This walkthrough shows BoogieBoard splitting ARR into a new territory while balancing the rest of the team’s books.

The goal is to create a productive territory for the new rep while keeping the broader sales motion stable.

I've had some new reps join my account management team. So I got to rebalance customer books of business without letting quotas get out of whack. To do that, I'm using an ARR sum balancing agent and an ARR bands balancing agent. I'm going to click to design the territories in boogie board and and it is going to automatically give me a result that balances across those two parameters. Bingo. Everything's green. I can make adjustments if I need to. Or push these territories live to salesforce. Gonna make quota setting a lot simpler.
